Price Explanation:

The indicated amount includes bed and bath linen, cleaning, tourist tax, and the costs for water, gas, and electricity. We require a €200 deposit. For stays with 3 or more guests, we charge a surcharge of €20 per additional person per night. This surcharge applies from the 3rd guest onward.

For stays longer than 6 nights, we offer a 15% discount.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. In that case, we charge half the rental amount as cancellation costs. For later cancellations or early termination of the stay, the full rental amount is due. To avoid disappointment, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance!

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival from 3:00 PM. Departure before 11:00 AM

Pets

Bringing your dog is allowed. We charge a one-time cleaning fee of €35. Due to the presence of animals on the property, we kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash at all times. Would you like to bring multiple dogs? Please contact us in advance.

Car Charging

A wallbox (Type 2) charging station is available in the parking lot. The usage fee is €0.32 per kWh. The consumption costs will be settled afterward with the deposit.
